I am a 3rd generation Classical Pilates Teacher. Certified by the original school - The New York Pilates Studio. My mentor was Stephanie Beatty - mentored and certified by Romana Kryzanowska - mentored and given the blessing to teach by Joseph H. Pilates himself.

I am also a certified Watsu (water shiatsu) Provider - taught by Linda De Lehman at Harbin Hot Springs School of Shiatsu and Massage
